Terms of service

This section is to resolve any doubts that may arise when requesting a commission, in the work process and the terms in which I work.

Payments / Refunds.

  • Payment will be made by Paypal in Euros (€).

  • The payment will be in two parts. Half in advance and the other half once the commission is finished and delivered.

  • All payment fees must be provided by the buyer. Not by third parties.

  • Once the commission has started after the first payment, no refund of this payment will be made.

  • If I can not continue with the commission, the payment will be fully refunded.

  • Tips are accepted and appreciated.

  • If you don't like the final work, I'm sorry, but you agreed to the terms when you commissioned me. If you do not pay the final part, you will be blacklisted and the artists will be informed.

Changes.

  • Sketch: Major changes such an outfit, composition or some changes in the pose.

  • Lineart: Minor changes that do not affect the lineart.

  • Color: Color adjustments.

  • Please, be precise with the description of what you want. You may be charged if your description is not accurate or you add new things that were not in the initial description.

Drawing.

  • What I drawing: SFW and NSFW, any type of body, anthro (Any species), humans, kemono, fanart (Anime, videogames or series). Eroticism.

  • What I not drawing: Realistic, minors in suggestive postures and shota/cub, gore (blood yes but no viscera, organs or explicit), vore.

Work.

  • First, when a commission is requested I will contact you by private message on the platform where it was requested to talk of your commission.

  • When the first payment is confirmed I will start working on your piece.

  • I will send you images of the process before the next step. The sketch, the lineart and so on. Any change to be made or the agreement on it will be communicated when each image is delivered

  • The time to complete the commission will not be specified. I can only promise to have it as soon as possible.

  • All my artwork will have my signature, but never interfering with the main content.

  • I will ask you directly if I can post the piece on my social media. If you publish it on yours, any mention of me would be appreciated.

  • Finally, I reserve all the right to not accept commissions for any reason without giving explanations if I deem it appropriate. These are my terms and conditions.

  • These are my terms and conditions. If you commission me you are accepting them and you will not be able to tell me later that you did not know them.

Do not by client.

  • Commissions are for personal use only. Please do not use the artwork for commercial purposes.

  • It is not allowed to convert the artwork into NFT.
